Receivers Instructions:
  • If Shadow Log® lcd-icon icon is visible on LCD, DO NOT PRESS START or trip data will be erased.
  • Press and hold STOP button until the word STOP appears without flashing.
  • If a temperature excursion occurred, alarm icon is visible and red LED will be flashing.
  • Press START button to display temperature statistics and alarm details. A new statistic is shown with each button press.
  • Pull out USB connector from the bottom of the logger.
  • Insert into USB port of PC with Adobe Reader installed. PDF and CSV reports will be automatically generated.

What to do when the Shipper inadvertently presses the Stop button while in shadow log mode.

If the shipper presses STOP while in Shadow Log mode, then download the data:

  • Pull out the USB connector from the bottom of the logger.
  • Insert into USB port of PC with Adobe Reader installed. PDF and CSV reports will be automatically generated.
